Fable Phase Two Injecting community to South Granville.
In Phase 2 of Fable’s flagship Vancouver store, AD Projects collaborated with owner Max Tims to realize his vision of a community-centric space by integrating a cozy café within the homewares boutique. Following the successful completion of Phase 1, our team prioritized efficiency to ensure the café’s grand opening occurred just two weeks after renovations began. The result is a thoughtfully designed café that embodies Fable’s modern elegance, inviting visitors to connect with friends or find a quiet corner to work. This project underscores our commitment to creating spaces that foster connection and community.

Aidan’s Cafe Brightening up West Broadway.
Located in Vancouver’s Fairview neighborhood, Aidan’s Cafe is a modern retreat designed with intention and care. In collaboration with Aidan, Barbel, and WA Office, we transformed a technically complex site into a serene, community-focused space. Custom millwork, micro-cement finishes, and curated greenery by By Nature come together to create an atmosphere that feels both grounded and elevated. Aidan’s deep involvement throughout the process ensured the space remained authentic to his vision—offering a refined, welcoming experience just steps from Vancouver General Hospital.

In response to evolving workplace dynamics, JLL envisioned a modern office at Metropolis at Metrotown that fosters personal connections among employees. Jaybird Kingsway 776 Kingsway
Construction is underway for the new Jaybird studio at Kingsway and Fraser. This stunning space features exposed beams and an abundance of natural light, located in one of two units within a heritage Art Deco building. Originally designed in the late 1940s by architect Swinburne A. Kayll, the building was recently revitalized by KRA Architecture. Our team is really excited about this one - the opportunity to transform the space into a space for mindfulness and calm resonates deeply for us.
La Taqueria Pinche Taco Shop 367 Seymour St.
The new downtown Vancouver location of local favourite, La Taqueria is coming soon! Designed with a sleek, modern aesthetic by RSA.AW Architecture, construction is well underway. Situated at the base of the 601 Waterfront Hub Tower, this vibrant spot will feature soaring ceilings, striking steelwork, and the lively energy of Vancouver's bustling downtown crowd. Keep an eye out for the grand opening soon!

Sarah McLachlan School of Music 138 East 7th Ave
We're thrilled to be working on the renovation of the Vancouver location to expand the interior office spaces into the neighboring area. This project includes the addition of a newly enclosed office and meeting room for the School of Music (SOM) team. SOM's inspiring mission is to provide children across the city with access to music, nourishment, and a safe space to express their creativity.
