As the contractor on this build, AD Projects worked from ply architecture's drawings to turn an existing Coquitlam commercial unit into a fully built-out boutique fitness studio — restoring the original brick and block exterior wall, framing every new partition, and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes so the studio could open on schedule.
