At AD Projects, our work is guided by two core aspects that define how we approach every project. We see ourselves as both The Empathetic Listener — a partner who understands and protects the narrative set by clients and designers — and The Good Steward — a responsible builder who carries that vision into reality with clarity and care. The Empathetic Listener is about our relationship to and with the design community. We recognize that before we step into that empty space with our tools, there’s already a story in motion — one shaped by the client’s values and the designer’s language. Our role is to listen closely to that narrative. Understanding that what is being drawn represents a feeling, a desired outcome — it is our responsibility to carry that forward with as little distortion as possible. That space between an idea and a built environment is where things can easily drift. So, we’re intentional about protecting the through-line — about holding onto what matters.

The Good Steward speaks to the responsibility we hold once the project is in our hands. We’re not here to reimagine what’s already been carefully designed. We’re here to execute it with clarity, consistency, and care. That means building strong systems, making good decisions under pressure, and leading a team that knows how to deliver.
But it’s more than just hitting milestones. It’s about how we build — how we communicate, how we align trades, how we solve problems without losing sight of what the project is trying to be. We’re there to guide the process — not dominate it.
There’s a lot of talk in the industry about speed and efficiency. While we always hold space for that requirement in any project, for us it’s about being steady - consistent. And delivering a space that feels as resolved for the end user as it did conceptually.

CEO, Owner
Adison is through and through BC. Originally from Vancouver Island, he has been around the world of construction since a very young age. His father worked in the industry and owning his own company was always something he aspired to do. Adison has an infectious ambition and takes the term hard work to another level. The relationships he has-both within the industry and outside of it, are truly important to him and it shows throughout every project we complete. We’re lucky to have him steering the ship!

Business Development & Marketing Manager
Morgan is an Ontario transplant who couldn’t get enough of the mountains and now calls Squamish home. She is our Business Development and Marketing Manager with a creative approach to the AD Projects brand. Morgan strives to build our company as a trusted team in commercial construction, while having a bit of fun doing it.

Site Superintendent
Lance was born in China and has been living in Vancouver since 2007. He has a tremendous work ethic and brings a professionalism that is hugely appreciated on the team. His background in Project Management is hard to miss and his commitment to getting the job done with precision consistently stands out among clients. We are so fortunate to have his drive on the team.

Aidan hails from Ireland and has been with AD since September 2024. With a strong carpentry background, he’s the type of guy who always has a proactive solution to any issue that may arise during construction. He has been a huge asset to the growth of our team and fits in seamlessly. His contribution to any project continues to go above and beyond and we’re so grateful to have him on board.

Site Superintendent
Originally from Iran, he joined AD in late 2024 and consistently makes our clients feel considered and taken care of. So much so, that he even dressed up as Santa Claus for a care home project that is currently in process. Max brings a warm, kind, and thoughtful energy to the AD team, along with a positive work ethic. We’re lucky to have him!

Sama is an incredibly creative and kind human who is always open to learning and growing within the AD team. She’s an artist at heart who creates beautiful illustrations with a nod to her home country of Iran. Her warm and calm presence is always welcome in the office and her ability to adapt to change doesn’t go unnoticed!
