Blink Media The Blink Media project entailed the construction of the company's new headquarters in East Vancouver, representing a significant upgrade in their operational infrastructure. The project was completed with an investment of approximately $600,000 and was delivered within a tight timeframe of 4 months. This construction management project not only reflected the media company's brand but also underscored the efficacy of swift and cost-effective building practices in urban settings. Trees Coffee The Trees Coffee project was a comprehensive construction management initiative situated in the Strathcona neighbourhood of East Vancouver. The $1.2 million endeavor spanned four months, culminating in the launch of a dual-purpose venue that combines a full cafe/retail space with an integrated coffee roasting facility. This development provides a multi-faceted experience for coffee enthusiasts and a significant boost to the local community.

ElectraMeccanica The ElectraMeccanica project in Burnaby, BC, was a targeted construction management endeavor, completed at a cost of $1.2 million over a six-month period. This project delivered a dual-purpose facility, serving both as the employee headquarters and as a testing facility for the electric vehicle designer and manufacturer, enhancing their operational capacity and innovation potential in the electric vehicle industry.

Nike Brentwood The construction management project for Nike Brentwood, at the newly developed Brentwood Town Centre in Burnaby, BC, was a prominent venture with Shape Properties and New Age Sports. The $1 million project, extending over six months, involved the creation of a Nike retail store complete with a striking storefront. This establishment not only enhances the shopping experience but also contributes to the shopping center's appeal, blending retail functionality with architectural sophistication.

Metrotown Guest Services | JLL/Ivanhoe Cambridge This project based in Burnaby, BC, was a focused construction management effort that transformed a customer service area within three months, on a budget of $500,000. Collaborating closely with architects and a consultant team, the project successfully delivered a beautifully designed space, aimed at elevating the customer experience for visitors to the bustling shopping centre.
